2 workshopfix

Book an appointment to drop your Apple Mac Computer or device into us for diagnosis, upgrade, repair or one-one training. Take advantage of the while-u-wait service available for small software fixes or pre-arranged upgrades. Call 01989 769259 to arrange a mac drop-in.

• Leave your Apple computer with us for testing/repair @ £30 per hour
• while-u-wait - ideal for OS X training and quick fixes @ £45 per hour

3 onsitefix

For more serious issues that cannot be solved remotely or the Apple machine needs to stay at your premises, our onsitefix engineering is priced at a fixed call-out fee including the first hour, followed by an additional hourly rate. Once on site we can diagnose your equipment and then source any parts needed to complete the repair, should we need to return to site you don't pay the call out again. You may also want to use our onsite service for OS X setup, OS X and Software training or OS X upgrades.

Half day on-site engineer including call out
• 3 hours on-site* £150
Full day on-site engineer including call out
• 6 hours on-site* £270
Emergency call-out - rapid response/evening/weekend
