With every effort we will attempt to fix your issues remotely, but in some cases a
call-out may be needed.

For more serious issues that cannot be solved remotely On-site engineering is priced at a fixed call-out fee, plus an hourly rate. Once on site we can diagnose your equipment and then source any parts needed to complete the repair. Please see our Engineer Assist package for an labour inclusive contract.

...in the event of a crital breakdown, we can provide a disaster recovery service, where an engineer can be on-site as soon as possible.

Emergency call-out rates will give you priority over our existing schedules, and are therefore charged at double our standard price.
